FS#4068 - Pslaunch does not display config mismatch outside --console
By chance, I started pslaunch with –console today, only to find it claiming that the configuration doesn’t match the server’s, and that it could not update and I need to –repair.
Since I didn’t get any update for over a week I closed it and opened it without –console. Sure enough, there was no offer to update, nor even the slightest hint that there might be anything wrong. If you don’t know, or at least suspect there is an update, you would be left with an old version forever.

Will not fix in PSLegacy, report for
PSUnreal if present.
Confirmed r5469. With r5522, this message does not display, however, –repair lists the same files as failed.
