FS#4194 - No updates when DR penalty wears off
Neither the stats & skills window nor the mini window get updated. The health and mana bars remain at the percentage they were before the penalty wore off. Only a subsequent change (like casting a spell or getting hurt) triggers an update of the respective bar, but not both.

Confirming if Stats window is already opened it does not update, Info bar does not update.
If Stats window is opened after the curse lifts, both Stats and Info windows are updated.
If player targets them self, the Info bar updates but Stats window does not update skills.
