FS#1420 - Quality of Master Crafted Rock Pick

Change the default quality of “Master Crafted Rock Pick” (item 310) from current default of 50 to a higher value.

I changed the max_quality of the base item as follows.

Sharpened Rock Pick 60
Master Crafted Rock Pick 80

Will that result in better success at mining? I've been using a master crafted rock pick myself but haven't noticed any improvement in mining success over that of a regular iron rock pick.

My master crafted rock pick which I obtained 3 weeks back is still at 50/50 after this fix. Or do I have to obtain a new one to get higher quality?
