this is a new bug, the server parser is changing the step trigger from "fine linen handkerchiefs" to "yes linen handkerchiefs" as 'fine' is a synonym for 'yes'. I don't know if this is an old bug or related to the KA miss triggering bug.
I've just changed the quest trigger as its probably an old bug no one came across.
