FS#1747 - Additional NOLABEL flag for items

Sometimes it would be nice to have the possibility to disable an item’s label, server-sided.

Because of their labels items like furniture or crafting devices don’t look like
they’re actually part of the world, instead they always look out of place.

A good example: http://frupic.frubar.net/shots/6103.png This scene would look much “cleaner” if
there were no labels for the crates and the table. Guild houses are a mess of red labels too.

The obvious advantage of a NOLABEL flag is that the world could be enriched with various
objects that blend in their surrounding instead of looking like external objects.

NOLABEL could be used as general flag for one category of items (e.g. furniture) or set for a specific item by GMs.

If this gets approved suitable options have to be added to /item and /modify as well.

You can also set labels to only visible on mouseover. However, a (temporary) option to make an item have no label could be useful in some cases.
