FS#3222 - [Release blocker] Pitch black spell effects

Most (all?) spell effects are pitch black.
This includes the casting effects, as well as the spell effects.

To reproduce … well … just cast a spell ;)

I bet this is related to transparency issues with the "unshadowed" render manager. Compare to PS#3207

Smoke is fixed, but spell effects still are black. Some things (rock armor, the arrow in energy arrow) are ok, others are invisible (defensive wind, meteor), but always the casting itself shows black cones, and sometimes more black appears when the spell is in effect (for example on impact of the energy arrow).

Smoke is broken, appears as grey squares.

Fixed the majority of the spells, some may still be bugged, please open a new bug for the broken spells you found. At the moment just one is known: Defensive Wind is totally invisible.
