Fixed in latest art
Probably a misinterpretation of the alpha mask (ojaroad2_alpha.png in materials.zip).
The bright area is a sign of not-”normalized” image content (R+G+B+A != 255), so this is not the usual content of ojaroad2_alpha.png
As I mentioned in the duplicate 4881, there are still roads painted on the map, just in the wrong places.
