FS#2347 - Xargon reward has no message

When you accept the chosen reward from Xargon, no message is received about that. Not on-screen or in system

just tested on laanx i can confirm there is no message in system about the item although i got it in the inventory

It now says "You received …" in the system tab (or main, dunno, combined here).
