FS#1993 - mute and freeze are undone when logged out
When someone is muted or frozen, the commands are cancelled when the player logs out. This should not happen.

This bug will probably have to be fixed to avoid rendering a future Magic Sleep implementation uselessly broken.
I don't think those should persist. e.g. you may be frozen by a GM for some reason and have a power/net downage for some reason. once you log back on, there's probably nobody around at all and you're doomed to stay where you are till some GM is around to unfreeze you? doesn't sound right…
wouldn't be an issue if spells worked like that as those are applicative buffs which persist across logins (they're frozen on logout)
