FS#7725 - Magic light is giving no light with low graphic settings

Magic light is giving no additional light in game after casting it.

on lowest graphics settings no light
on medium no light
on high there is light
epic graphics settings it is showing light

Confirmed. To be more precise, it is the "Effects" setting being set to something lower than high that prevents the spell from working as intended.
