FS#1756 - Default Character description should b elimited to Physical Characteristics

The way it works now:

The default character creator generates a default character description that can be viewed by all players. This description included mention of parentage and occupation, etc.

The way it should work:

The default description should be limited to Physical/Observable characteristics only.

Steps to reproduce:

Generate a new character.
View your characters description.

I also suggest placing simple instructions for making a good description directly in the description window as the default instead of <null> (for quick paths) or life events for the detailed path.

setting back in progress. npcs should not have the ooc tab
for GM lvl players it is impossible to ge the desc to save on your char for either normal desc or ooc, players seem to work fine

tab does not refresh correctly once edited to view the new desc.

I also still believe that players should have their own tab for writing info on their chars that is not to be public but would help them remember things.

The desc message only shows up for player lvl in desc it does not show up for gm lvl, and tabs dont refresh to desc on reload of the desc window.

there should also be a desc message in the ooc tab for those that dont know what it is for.

1) fixed by hiding ooc tab in case there is nothing to show (and you can't edit it) in all cases

4) up to discussion. a setting dev should state about this, adding this is just a minute and 4 lines of code. Xillix denied being able to edit.
5) for me it looks ok gm are supposed to know what they should put there :)

I can confirm that the ooc stuff is visible to the player in the ooc tab, and that other players only see some general info. COuld not test if they see the correct description after changing the default one though, since that does not work. So I will close this bug, and open 3 new ones I found while testing this simple thing :)
