FS#2535 - Duel messages
I propose to display the messages concerning dueling not only in the system tab, but also as big green messages like for example when crafting. When you have auto-accept on (for example in a roleplay), you sometimes miss that you got challenged.

Fixed in trunk by kougaro on a lower level [changed PendingInvite::HandleAnswer]
Should be set to ready-to-test and take note about double ones for marriage [not sure about them]

According to Tucos comment, this is already fixed in trunk by Kougaro. Setting ready-to-test.
And actually it is not, as I already commented.
Well, i asked kougaro whether he did, and he did not as far as he could remember. He said he would do it soon, but i forgot whether that was actually a fix for this …
