FS#37 - NPC Client using to much CPU
The theory is that CD is using to much CPU. So that the a new server tick is scheduled before the last complete. Than CD for eaven more movement has to be done. In this way the server goes into a state where at some point things fall through the world.

?What do we test here?
Lanarel I would assume to see if the npc client uses less CPU usage then it did before. If it does use a lot less then close and if it uses about the same change back to assign to be worked on more.
I started an older version (may 11th) of npcclient (and psserver with clean db) and a new version (today, connected to psserver on other pc with day old db) on my laptop. After settling, the old version consistently uses 2 to 3 (sometimes 4) times as many % cpu and twice the ammount of physical memory. On my laptop this is a drop from 15-20% to 3-10%.
