FS#3998 - master hammer does not give an appropriate error when misused
When you used a master hammer instead of a normal hammer, and you have low skills, you get the following messages when trying to use the anvil:
"you are not sure what to do with this" and "this is a bit beyond your skill at the moment"
Instead of these two, it should probably show 1 single message stating "your skill is not high enough to use this hammer", so that someone who is new to the crafting thing actually knows what they did wrong. (Rather than assume they can't use the amount of stock they try to craft, or whatever.)

Instead of making ad-hoc higher
qualities tools we decided to go for
higher quality version of standard
tools. Master hammer is then
deprecated.
I have been bitten by this before (0.4.x). I don't remember the exact details of the errors I got, but starting to craft a knife after I had been creating swords with my master hammer required an explanation from another player. I had all the amounts of stock/ingots correct according to my crafting book, but kept getting unhelpful errors as to what I was doing wrong.
Not confirmed in latest 0.5.x.
Assinging to rules department for now, to have a say on what a good way would be to do this. After that it may require engine work though.
