The 0% issue is fixed, but the issue of newlines/carriage returns not being processed in the gui the same as the command line is back again.

Tested in svn 5522.

PLease test again with the newest version, which has nice progress bars and downloadspeed indication. New lines looked ok to me (after Khaki fixed it 3 times :) ).
