FS#4174 - Healing Flash does not work correctly anymore
If you cast Healing Flash on someone else than yourself you get the following message:
“You cannot cast Healing Flash on <player>. You can only cast it on yourself or living friends.”
In the past you could heal other players. If this is not intention, it should be fixed.
healing flash works fine and you can cast it on others.
however you cannot cast it on someone else if he's an enemy, e.g. you are in the pvp pit, in a guild war on opposing sites, a groupchallenge, etc.
