FS#4396 - Xargon sends you on a wild-goose chase.
At the end of his quest, Xargon suggests, that there is more to learn in the tutorial,
especially a bulletin board.
I’ve met several new players, deperately looking for said bulletin board or other things
to do.
I suggest to leave out that part, until the bulletin board or other things to explore
are actually added to the tutorial.

Fix released on prod servers
Not Xenax, but Xargon (edited title and details).
Confirmed anyway.
Xargon should mention what the bulletin board is.
Argh, I always mix up those two guys.
I was told that there was once a bulletin board planned for the tutorial, with more information
for those who are not yet tired of reading. But it was never realized.

Ready on dropbox fixes folder.
Uploaded on server test.
Confirmed fixed on test server (btw, this quest takes 16 minutes :) ).
Setting 'Fixed pending release', so it can be closed once the quests are moved to the live servers.
