FS#4465 - Show naming policy in char creation.
An newbie in the tutorial brought up this idea, and I like it a lot:
It would be nice if the char creation provided a clickable link or a pop-up window to the naming policy.
I didn't realize this but it's true. A concise form of the naming policy should be available at character creation so there is no excuse for not seeing it.

it show the link upon creating your character, however it's not clickable (which cannot be done)
having the full naming policy in there sounds a bit much to be honest and may not be fully visible at low resolutions either
so question is: is the link as it is there enough?
I would mention some rules that are violated most often (e.g. that it should be a pure fantasy/fictional name with no connection to RL, that it maybe not form a sentence like "Iron man" etc. ). And then the hint that the full list of rules can be found at the (clickable) link.
