FS#4789 - action locations have no labels and are not selectable

The grill in Reffitia's kitchen in Brado's tavern doesn't behave like other items in the kitchen: The preparation table, for example, is selectable and has a label. The grill is not selectable, and it has no label. One can interact with the grill (e.g., store something in it) just as with the preparation table by right-clicking it. But the grill is much harder to identify, since it has no label.

not an art issue, also adjusted topic to reflect the issue better
the difference there is that the grill is an action location, not an item like the preperation table. those have neither a label nor are selectable as the client doesn't know about them - they're handled completely on the server side.

also setting Feature Request as this behaviour is intended for now.

Thank you for your explanation.

While I understand it from a technical perspective, I think the current behavior is largely inconsistent. From a user's perspective, it is really hard to guess why the grill behaves do completely different from not only the preparation table but also, e.g., the furnace or the oven. All these are used in the same way: Open them, put something in their slots, work with it until it changes.

One might accept that, e.g., the book shelves in the library are rather "action locations". But I think for the grill one would expect it to work like other crafting items.

So if it is intended that action locations don't have labels, would it then be possible to turn the grill into an item? If furnace and oven are items, then it possibly would make sense for the grill to be also an item.

that's up to who does the map the real problem is that items are more expensive on your computer cpu
