FS#6397 - Loss of item crafting data and names
Players, Taya, and I have all seen that crafted items are suddenly missing them name of the crafter. There are also reports of missing names such as “finest”.
I was also able to craft a steel ingot and within a few minutes I managed to lose the information in the examine window which showed I was the crafter of the item.
I also found my name missing on crafted items yesterday and a newly crafted helm had lost it's quality adjective in the list of my storage.
I had this problem happen to a shield and one of my bows changed from normal to short (i had it bound to a shortcut for equiping and it would no longer equip

This still exists. It affects pretty much every type of item it seems from the comments on dev. meeting.
I can personally say it happens to crafted sabres, potions and enchanted plate mail armor.
