If you ask him a question he doesn’t know how to respond to he uses the default verbal answers.
Ooh, that's a tricky one. Well, what we'd have to do is make sure (if it isn't already…I haven't looked at it yet) that his specific KA is consistent with his setting, then maybe make a separate version of the general KAs just for him? I'll look into it.
