FS#6569 - Quests that can't completed after recent reset
As a result of the recent reset of quests that have glyph rewards, quests that had previously been completed that had glyph rewards can be redone. However, two of those quests require items from predecessor quests that have not been reset. “The Coming Eclipse” with Datal requires a letter from Amidison and “Bend the Octarch’s Ear” with Kilas requires the Hydlaa Housing Layout.
You need to talk to a GM about getting replacement items.
