FS#6878 - Mace Making practice points inconsistent with other crafting
The Mace Making Practice Points seem to be inconsistent with other crafting. With a skill level of less than 20, everything only takes 5 seconds to make regardless of the complexity of the item being crafted.
Wondering if a higher blacksmith skill is weighted more. Only getting 5 pp per item crafted will extend leveling ability time dramatically.
Inconsistent how?
I have this same problem. I only get 5 experience per completed part/task. I am max in Blacksmith and 12 in mace making. It makes the training painfully slow. I didn't have this problem with shield making when I had blacksmith at the same level. With other crafting there is always some part of the process that gives enough experience to progress in training much faster than 5 experience. I let Venalan know of this issue awhile back too. I remember there was a bug report but I wasn't able to find it.
Tuathanach, I can replicate this bug if you need someone to confirm it. The issue happens every time I try to train it.
