FS#7469 - Assisting Gardr : Quest Bug
When i open dialouge with NPC I get the speech option to hand in the 3 plat steel maces of high quality.
I get no information in the NPC chat box on the left.
I do get an error message in the Standard Chat box
You have too few plat steel mace.
I have tried a stack of 3 , 3 single maces
and I have tried manually giving 3 plat steel maces.
All attempts have failed to complete the quest
I tested a similar example in test server and seems to work for me. I had the option to give 3 plat steel maces and when clicked on it, it worked, my maces where of quality 250. What is the quality of yours?
i had a single priceless plat steel mace in my inventory which prevented me from completing the quest because of the bug of not being able to do it manually.
I guess I will make a new bug for the not being able to manually give items for quests.
Can close this bug now.
This happens in ExchangeManager::HandleAutoGive(), the code is explictly refusing to get items if you have more than required in other slots.
We could improve it so that if you have one slot with the proper stack count it will take it.
