FS#7491 - You should not be able to summon your pet in the Death Realm

i managed to call my pet within the death realm rode my drifter over the edge and got an infinite loop error. with a block on pets in death realm this will not be possible.

infinite loop was teleport error as i was still technically moving with the pet. fixable with a simple ban on pets in death realm
