FS#7526 - Better default placement for items dropped onto the ground

Talad, you closed #7520 cause the effect of the green carpet placed on the ground.

However… this is what happens to a new player when just dropping a carpet. And they then need to figure out to move it around in order to place it optimally.

While it may be difficult to find the optimal place for an item that is dropped onto the ground, it may be possible to place it just a tiny bit above the ground by default?

This is an enhancement request which in my point of view does not block switching to PSUnreal. It could be considered after the switch.
