currently the spell will drain well over 1000 mana points
normal max mana is 500
perhaps full duration of a cast at full power could drain 500
OPPOSE strongly.
Just because this is the player max, doesn't mean it's the max in game. There are powerful magic users about who you might want to be able to keep in check.
If there is need for a change at all, it should scale with the casters power (if it doesn't do that already).
