FS#7695 - Not Receiving Practice Points - Cannot increase Skill Level
While crafting, mining, or casting magic, no practice points are being received so skills are not progressing (no system message about practice points, just experience and progress points, and progress bars in the skills window are not increasing). I’ve tested this with armor crafting, blacksmith, mining, and magic. Appears to be a global issue.
