FS#8062 - Updating via PSLauncher.exe doesn't free space from update files

When updating via PSLauncher.exe the update source files will be left behind in the user folder:
%homepath%\AppData\Local\PSLauncher\Saved

Both the zipped and unzipped sources will be left behind.
