FS#821 - hole near arena wall
There seems to be a leak somewhere near position 51.23,-16.93,15.75 in sector: trans1, intstance 0.
There is a wall in the arena, but you can walk through it. When you do this, you fall through the leak. The position then is resetted with the message ‘Received out of bounds positional data, resetting your position’.

changed title so others might understand it better, I can not verify that there is any holes at this location in this map, i can though verify that you can run though this wall as it seems to have no collision detection
Confirmed there is a hole, and fell out of it after trying for a bit.
There was a duplicate bug report on the old tracker, but for some reason it was closed fixed, so I’ll keep this one open instead.
Assigning to Talad
Is this the gaping hole that 0.4.02 introduced near the mouth of the main passage leading to the Arena? Much of the time when you fall out of that hole, it places you near the Hydlaa side of the passage, but sometimes I get a “Map not found” error which requires a GM to put me back.
Checked with new maps. Issue remains.
Confirmed, the problem is that the portal is bigger than the actual door, and so it spans also on the wall, if you run into it, you hit the portal instead of the wall. I have to reduce the portal size on all those areas. Pending…
The same problem was present in all similar walls, so in 8 places around arena.
Was a lot of work to fix this one, because the portals and geometry were wrong, and required a redesign of some elements. Anyway it’s now fixed. Will be available in updater.
