5869Medium14.01.2013skPermanently exhausted when dismounting rivnak14.01.2013No Task Description

First - It seems there is a delay in stamina measurment, so what can happen is that you are moving, getting low on stamina, you stop moving but even after that you can still get sometimes “You are exhausted” message. This is more a feature than bug, but I think it is important in this case. So now what happened:
I was riding a rivnak and got low on stamina. I continued riding and reached my target destination before I had actually run out of stamina, but I was very low at the time. I dismounted the rivnak and around this moment I got “You are exhausted” message. After I dismounted I couldn’t move - the game was saying that I was exhausted. I couldn’t cast spells or do anything that is prevevented when you are exhausted. However, the game was displaying I have full stamina (After dismounting a pet there is a small delay before your health and stamina values are updated to be on par with the current values.) and this did not change even after two minutes I was waiting. So the game still though I am exhausted - mounting again the pet did not help. Client restart helped of course.
I think that the problam may be somewhere between delayed “you are exhusted” message and after dismount stamina and health synchronization. It seems that when you receive in right (or wrong :) ) moment the exhaused message the synchronization after dismount fails in some way resulting in character being viewed as exhausted permanently.

5856 Low19.12.2012skDavide Vescovini Change Grok Idon herbal sortiment weights/sizes to matc ...29.07.2013No1 Task Description

Grok Idon is selling:
Bunch of Teravan Berries with weight 3 and size 3.6
Bunch of Joopiner Berries with weight 3 and size 3.6
Tinga Leaves with weight 0.25 and size 0.3

Tinga leaves are quite ok - although they are not on par with the rest of herbal ingredients (they get reduced in herbal to cut tinga leaves with weight 0.1 and size 0.1 - especially the reduction in weight seems too much). Moreover, tinga leaves icon shows a bowl with a paste instead of leaves.
Second bigger problem here is with the berries that weight really really too much compared to other fruits, herbs and plants being now at 0.1. :-) Also their model is really tiny, so you’ve got this tiny berries with weight 3 and size 3.6. :-) On the other hand, maybe those berries are of a special monstrous kind and only the model is not scaled - could be, so just pointing to this discrepancy here.

5855 Medium18.12.2012skDavide Vescovini Change cinnabar ore to quicksilver ratio to 1:1 11.02.2013No2 Task Description

Changing cinnabar ore to quicksilver ratio to 1:1 (or maybe to 1:2) seems like a reasonable thing to do considering that quicksilver is a basic ingredient for azure way affinity potions in alchemy. Azure way affinity is now at serious disadvantage compared to other affinities due to the fact that to make quicksilver solution you need 10 cinnabar ores, but to make other ores solutions you need one ore lumps to make two (all credits to Taya here :-) ).

5854 Medium17.12.2012sk Quest response rushing with /npcmenu command 25.12.2014No2 Task Description

When an NPC is giving a quest to you and you are in “talk interaction” you can click Bye without interrupting the quest (you interrupt it only if you walk away) - this is ok. But, what you can do is:
1) Get NPC to start talking about quest - you see the bubble with the quest text when you are in “talk interaction” 2) Click Bye (npc is still giving you quest)
3) Use /npcmenu command to get back to “talk interaction” again. And now for a fraction of second you see your next selection of quest answers even before the NPC gets to that part in his/her talk (before the bubble with actual quest texts pops in). But it is possible to click the next answer and what happens is: It triggers next part of the quest dialog immediately, so the NPC is finishing the previous part and now also the part triggered by your answer. Now you can repeat points 2) and 3) to rush the quest completely.

When I am overburden I don’t see the sell icon, when I right click the NPC, but I cal still use /sell command to sell things to the NPC (and other commands). What is desired behavior in this situation?

5852 Medium17.12.2012skVenalan Add to daily tips - you can take one item from the stac ...24.12.2014No10 Task Description

It took me 25 herbal levels before I have found this. :-) It’s in the help in inventory section, but it seemed to me that it is relatively hidden and also that it makes a really nice tip of the day message ( perhaps even merge it with use CTRL to take the whole stack ) as it is rather usefull for a number of things.

5851 Medium17.12.2012sk Increase rewards for long range travelling quests 26.11.2014No5 Task Description

I have returned to PS recently and started to do quests (I really like the new quest system - makes questing much less frustrating experience :-) ). I did every quest I have found and some of the quest rewards struck me as rather disproportional for the time I had to invest in finishing the quest. When you do “newbie” quests in Hydlaa you usually earn 1000 tria per one and don’t need to leave the city. One quest can take 5 minutes of your time and sometimes even less.
On the other hand when you start doing newbie quests at Eagle Bronze Doors (and it seemed there are even some pre-requisit quests for some of BD quests), often you have to travel Hydlaa → BD, BD → Hydlaa and back (sometimes even more, damn you Starhammers! :-). Even if you have a char that can run the whole time without stopping it takes around 20 minutes to travel from Hydlaa to Bronze door fortress and when you are new in game you usually don’t have such a character. This makes some quests there impossible to complete in less than ~40 minutes, which makes them in eyes of players “harder” (eventhough its sometimes “bring and fetch”). But the rewards for these quests are often between 1000-2000 tria (not all of them, but often enough). I would suggest to increase (at least tria) rewards for these types of quests, so players who use the questing as a main source of income are not frustrated why this 40 minute quest earned them only 1000 something. The formulea could be something like ~9-10 minutes is worth 1000 tria and you can tell which quests are affected by checking where the NPCs in the quest are. This would also make quests like Jayose Lamp fuel more interesting to do again - nobody will travel to Ojaveda only to solve this, but if the quest would be 4000 tria, then it would be worth to even fly there…
(I would be willing to help with this, if you are interested.)
