Task Description
When playing in windowed mode, if you shrink the game window, everything scales smaller except the mouse pointer. This causes the tooltip to be hidden behind the mouse pointer if you shrink the window smaller making it unreadable. I’m not sure if it’s possible to either have the mouse pointer scale with everything else, if the tooltip can be further offset, or if the tooltip can be on top of the pointer.
This is the biggest problem on the toolbar with options, skills, character etc, spells/active magic toolbar, and on the shortcut toolbar. The inventory tooltips seem ~okay. They do overlap slightly, but the overlap is in a place without text.

Task Description
When looting a monster, it’s possible to stand close enough to open the loot window but too far away to actually loot the monster. If you open the loot window while standing too far away, it will appear empty even if there are items there. If you move close enough to loot the monster and click “loot all”, you are able to loot the items even though they do not appear in the loot window. If you close the loot window, move closer, and reopen the loot window, the items appear.
Talad’s Note: move the open window from win_interactUI to the PlayerController receiveloot message, so it opens only if there is loot.

For crafting where the container automatically starts working when an item is placed in it (stock casting tank, forges, furnace, skillets etc), allow the “prepare” button to place multiple items in at once either through selecting a quantity at the prepare stage as a stack and/or adding a “fill container” option for things to be placed until all the container slots are full/the player runs out of the required materials.
ex. When casting stocks, after clicking prepare, it moves the first set of sludges into the stock casting container, but then if I click prepare again while the item is still in the container, it won’t let me place another item until it’s removed even though I can move another stack of sludges in manually. it would be nice to be able to automate that as it will remove a lot of clicks and reduce the time needed to process materials.

Sometimes targeting certain npcs after they’ve died can be trick/frustrating (particularly rogues/cutthroats etc after die animation). It would be nice if you’re in range of a dead npc and you press the “E” key, that it would either open the loot window automatically (instead of opening the dialogue window or doing nothing, depending on npc type) or open the context menu with the loot option (which already exists, it’s just on right click only which is slightly annoying because I frequently lose target on the dead npc when right clicking or navigating to the NPC’s body if I’m farther away).

Add a better way to search for icons. clicking through each individual icon in a long list is fairly annoying for some of the larger categories, and there are several icons that are blank so it’s not always clear there are more icons after that. Being able to see more than one icon at a time/being able to filter by name or type (ways for magic, weapon types for weapons, tools, music, decorations etc.) or having more categories with shorter lists would also be helpful.

When looting a monster, there is a system message in main chat saying “<mob> has no money to be looted” when you click “loot all” even if the monster does have money to be looted instead of the correct system message which should tell you how much money you looted (the amount of money looted could also be added to the loot window as a quality of life improvement).
If the monster doesn’t have any money, then there are two system messages in main chat saying “<mob> has no money to be looted”. One appears when you open the loot window, and once when you click “loot all”.

If you are in a location that has both fishing and harvesting available, if you successfully harvest an item and do not move, but switch to fishing you get a warning saying “You cannot fish in the same place twice” even though you have not fished at this location.
If you successfully catch a fish and do not move, but switch to harvesting you get a warning saying “You cannot harvest in the same place twice” even though you have not harvested at this location.
This is probably true of mining if there are area overlaps, but I have no idea if this actually exists anywhere.

A while ago I spent some time fighting some enemies, like ~20 hours worth of it over a week or two, and my armor has never decreased in quality. I think this is awful for the item economy. There is never any need to create new and exciting armors since once you have the set you want, you will never need to replace it. Almost every other item you use decreases in quality. I suppose tools could also be lumped into this as they also never decrease in quality no matter how much I mine, harvest, craft, etc.

Noriko has been doing a lot of quest testing lately, and has found a number of quests where quest notes should be added so that returning players (or those who don’t use their logs) can pick up where they left off. I’ll pass along what she’s put in the petitions to this report.

In each case, the quests notes are very good except when Mirra first gives the quest. The notes only include a generic line about helping Mirra be a better cook, and fail to mention where she’s sent you or what she wants.

Once the player gets the name Shian Sulkin it should probably be added to the quest notes, in case logs aren’t available.

Task Description
The quest has a number of triggers that must be completed in order to progress that do not appear to be working in Unreal. The three I’ve found are:
1) Proximity to the rock with the action location that moves players into the cave,
2) Use of a cog/mechanism, moving one of the rocks, and
3) Solving the door puzzle and entering the small room.
I’m not sure if these are supposed to complete steps that are not sequential with the immediately previous steps, or if they are meant to set variables, but either way they don’t seem to be doing the job. Talking to Raithen gives no sign that you’ve completed any of these tasks, even if you’ve done them all.
I can get players past this by setting a later step manually, but given the (suspected) use of variables or non-sequential steps, it seems likely I’ll just mess things up for them.

In some quests there is a delay before you can talk to an NPC again. One example of this is Its Gone Bad. In Legacy the players got a message like “You have to wait for 10 minutes before you can continue this quest.” so that they knew what was going on, but in PSU they don’t get the message.
Admittedly, the message is very OOC, but without it there’s no way for a player to know why they cannot proceed with the quest. If the messages cannot be restored, maybe a line of dialog from an NPC saying that they’ll have more to say later?

I’ve been doing some testing with the /morph command, and have not yet found a way to get it to work properly. I used my event character and every time I tried to morph into another race gender I had issues with the default Enkidukai texture remaining on the head. There were also other issues, like klyros wings being missing, and the fact that after the tests my enkidukai character now seem to have lemur textures on her hands permanently.
These are the results I got starting with a female enkidukai character, closing the game and loading fresh after each morph:

The Conclave of Glyphs faction does not seem to have been set properly when characters were imported from Legacy. In all characters I’ve checked, the faction is not even shown as discovered. I suspect the import script may have added the faction points to the wrong faction, most likely to Conclave of the Glyphs (the “the” isn’t needed).
Further, I noticed that while a few quests in the Conclave of Glyphs category assigned faction to the faction of that name, most gave the faction points to Conclave of the Glyphs. Specifically, the quests that are giving faction points to the wrong faction are:

A general problem with the quest menu system at the moment is the speed at menu disappear. The problem occurs in the following situation.
All the following is within one step in the following format.
Player gives NPC 1 item. Menu: text. NPC: text. Menu: No. Menu: Yes. NPC: text. NPC: text. Give 1 Melorick's Scroll Case. Assign Quest.
You give the npc the item. The initial npc text appears. Once they have finished talking the next two menus appear, but before you are able to click on the menus the menus vanish. This results in you losing the item needed to trigger the quest/step and are unable to repeat it. This was only became a problem with the introduction of the 'bubble' menu system.

Task Description
There are many time in quests and KAs when they have the same trigger, for example “about armor” or “about apples”.
When you click a quest menu (or type some text to an NPC) the first dialogue(s) to be searched should be quests and if a matching trigger is found the quest menu should be sent, then if nothing is found in a quest it should search KAs. What is currently happening when you have two or more matching triggers you are getting a random choice between the quest response and the KA response. This results in players getting what seems to be a response from the NPC but the quest does not continue.

Task Description
It has been brought to my attention that friendly AoE spells can be used to detect invisible GMs who are within the range of the spell. A check on spells cast from accounts with 0 security could be added that only allows friendly spells to be cast on targets which are ‘visible’ hereby preventing GMs from being targeted when invisible.
