You are not alone to know this kind of "problem" !
i can give you the answer at your question it is realy easy !
All the player who do the quest have this kind of thing all !
"make an Alt and re do the quest"
this is the only solution (and somme npc give 4 reward ! if you want all you need to make 3 alt !)

Me i think it is not a "good thing" to find to manny info at the bigining of the game !
Finding a "new" item on game can be fun or a new place or anything new for you !
it is fun to loose your way on the map and turn and turn
if you know to mutch at the bigining ! the game loose a part of the fun !

you have the "right" to look "inside" the 019 file and "look" for "hylda" file (and "east hylda" ) and "change " whit the "hylda" in the O20 nobody can go against ! and "miracle"no more "grass"!(in the "art" file if i remenber !)
Sur this is not the "official" way and if you do this laanx (who know everythingh) can be bad against you ! he can make somme "penality"
change the price of the "repair kit" and mutch more !

i can said manny of the thing the other player have said (me i cant stop the "moussrun" option and i cant select anything whitout run !)
But i think the "more bad part" wath the "tutorial map" yes i make a "new avatar" and i comme to see !
sur the Npc can teatch the "newcommer" but .... stay alone in this aera and never see anybody ! (exept other newcomer !)
Brrrrr..... before "be a game" ps what "peoples" you can ask "help" or no people can help you or not but you can !
in the "tutorial aera" you are alone ! (like in the winch sometime !)!
And be a "newbee" in this desert wath not the more funny experience for a "bigining" !
And i forgot the "anglish"
What about all this player from all around the world who ask me "you speak polish /spanish/deutch/ or another tongue ! i said "no" but the "tutorial aera npc" speak "only " anglish and a lot !
Whit nobody for giving help or translation !
