after login it says conecting to server then black screen then window that says ati driver is not functioning correctly?

i cant l canot it says i enter user and pass click ok and it says save blah blah blah ok then then pulls up error reprt send or dont send dont send ok thenn game closes i try in full screen mode just a black screen?????? please help quickly
