i cant l canot it says i enter user and pass click ok and it says save blah blah blah ok then then pulls up error reprt send or dont send dont send ok thenn game closes i try in full screen mode just a black screen??? please help quickly

Luckily I am fluent in newbie. Correct me if I am wrong but I think it goes something like this:

You enter your login / password and then it crashes and gives you a prompt to save the diagnostic file (dmp).

And when you tried to troubleshoot it by loading in fullscreen your graphics settings, or card, or both together can\'t handle it and it doesn\'t display correctly.

Save the dmp file and post it in the thread:

Once you click yes it should save it to your Planeshift parent directory (the same one that your game executable is in.)

Supposedly there is a new client coming out (even after the 0.3.007?) and this will fix 90 % of the bugs / crashes. However if your impatient you can try:

a) Changing your graphics settings (as it shounds like this might be causing it), or

b) Uninstall then reinstall.
