Cool. So how about the next wipe the Devs wipe it to zero, no crystal hoarding mb trias either. After all, it\'s about the Role Play, not having an advantage in \"the race\" over anyone else, right? That way the Devs can concentrate on killing major bugs after the wipe, not fixing all the problems with \"migrating\" a mere 5k-20k of trias to a few select and special players. After all, it\'s about the Role Play, not a few measly trias to get a head start on others.

I mean it\'s not like anyone wants to race around spending that measly amount on stats so they can stand around the Plaza ignoring all the noobs and griping about them dueling on the plaza, annoyingly daring to challenge the mighty oldbieness\' and telling them when they are granted the privilege of an answer to \"go read the guide\" and quit shouting.

You know what would be a nice change? To actually see some role playing. Oh well. I\'ll see most of these names in the Arena or Trepor Valley. Harvesting. Just like me. And we\'ll have fun fun fun til the Devs take our Gold Falchions away...

Going from the bridge into the mini-tunnel, Stay on the right side going into the tunnel then swerve to the left in the tunnel.

At the top of the spiral back up against the wall, line yourself up with the ladder and then press run and jump at the same time to get over that sticky spot.

If you wind up at the bottom of the DR off the bridges, etc., speed click /unstick to get back to the bottom of the stairs.

Except to get back to the bottom of the stairs, suiciding doesn\'t help with the DR.  I think they should put /spawn back, at least for the Death Realm back to the Plaza, until they fix these spots.

Oh please. I\'ve never seen anything so funny! It\'s some kind of pre-Alpha/beta test that\'s open to the public so it can be massively tested but no discussion of bugs because the PL\'ing cheaters will get more powerful than the RPG\'ers who can\'t keep their community together because the wipes have to delete their characters, stats and guilds.  Big secret here folks! It\'s a bug, but it has to be kept secret! You\'d think that the NPC AI being bugged would be something they want tested to death so they can fix it. So BOO!:
If you attack and then walk past or any direction from a mob you\'ve just attacked until you are out of range, then walk back to it and attack it again before it moves, it acts like you aren\'t there while you kill it. Many variations on this, but most people can figure this one out pretty easy.
There. Now lets move on to more important things. If you are really concerned more about new people wanting to stay and play this game, the movement and sticky spot bugs need to be fixed. Getting stuck in the DR without being able to get out with /spawn has to be the most effective deterrent to a new person continuing to play this game that I\'ve seen. Much more important than your precious \"get rid of all the PL loot falchion cheaters cause they have more money than the crystal hoarders from MB\" concerns.
Yes, a wipe should be done. Hell, a wipe should probably be done before each update. I\'ll go even further. GM\'s or special testers should be given massive PP and Trias, or just maxed stats so they can test the upper end of things too.

As for Role Play, if you really want substantial RPG community continuity, persuade the Devs to figure out a way to wipe everything BUT the names and Guild memberships. That\'s really all you need to have RP continuity, right?

And any RPG\'er that exploits the knowledge that guilds keep to themselves about how to work the Quest engines, how to create and use macro\'s to equip potions,  how to do magic, how to exploit terrain bugs, how to do anything without figuring it out for yourself is Power Leveling. So go cry in yer spilt milk. :)

Yer not old enough to make that kind of assumption! Act your age, youngster! LOL

As long as the conversation isn\'t about something inappropriate I treat people online the age that they act. I find most people online prefer that. I\'m surprised at the age of some of these people. I thought they were a lot older. Very mature crowd.

I will in the past, present and future avoid telling you anything I know you already know.

uh..since I don\'t know anything you think you already know that should be pretty easy. :)

Probably the safest thing for you to do is what most other do..just say no to even that first line o mine! LOL

Please don\'t revive dead threads. Do a search and you will find plenty of dead threads to read. After you do the search and find them don\'t reply to them even if it\'s to ask a question about something because that will revive the dead thread. Start a new thread.
But please don\'t start a new thread on something that has been commented on before. Do a search. After you do the search, don\'t respond if the threads you find are dead, see first paragraph. Also, don\'t start new threads unless you\'ve posted 20 times. Don\'t ask why.  Do a search and you\'ll find a thread about this. But don\'t comment on it if it\'s dead because that will revive it!
How will you know if a thread is dead? Please don\'t ask if a closed thread is a dead thread. It might be but since you can\'t revive a closed thread it\'s clueless of you to even bring it up. A dead thread might be closed or it might not be. Either way don\'t revive closed dead threads whether you can or not. I know I didn\'t tell you what a dead thread is. It\'s a thread that hasn\'t had a response in a certain amount of time, but that amount of time is a closely held secret by the sacred oldbies.
Please don\'t revive undead threads. Not really sure what those are, but the thought scares me! Just go search stuff and leave me alone!
This thread is a violation of the \"please don\'t revive dead threads\" policy and might wind up closed because of that. This could then qualify it as an undead thread. If so, don\'t revive it, even if you think that means it\'s not a dead thread.

I never liked the idea of mandatory Guild dues. In some games, guilds are charged for things like housing, furniture, etc., and I never minded pitching in voluntarily for things like that. Hey that\'s a fun way to compete with your Guild mates in fact! Braggin rights and all that. But mandatory fee guilds never appealed to me. Personal choice tho.

Ya know...it shouldn\'t be a newbie that has to do the obvious..but fine! What\'s a Hag? What\'s a Hag Thread? Why should I pay attention to it just because it\'s in front of my face? Oh..nevermind! I know yer oldbies and sophisticated and all that..but sometimes you have to cater to the LCD...

How do you play and can you tell me step by step? Who seeks? What do I ACTUALLY have to do if you get caught? How do I know when I\'ve been caught? How do I know if it\'s a legitimate catch? Can I move once I\'ve hidden? Where can I hide? Where can\'t I hide? How do I know I\'m registered for the prizes? What are the prizes? Do I get to keep em after the Wipe? What\'s a round? How many rounds will there be? Are there any squares? What\'s a point? What\'s the point? Why is the sky blue?

Inquiring minds want to know!

WTF?..\".....     I use only 2 or 3 abbreviations on the forums.  Please, just type things... it takes and extra half of a second...

Nah if that\'s all I wanted to do I\'d just target individuals and flame them. I like to target whole groups at a time or whole topics..yeah topics get the most ticked off at me for that...I\'m not doing very well tho. DarthPVader had a go at me once but that\'s all...but he was too good for me.  I know when to give up a spawn site...
Mostly I\'ve just gotten people who ignore everything else I say and comment on the comment I make about programming or give me a hard time about the acronyms I use. LOL Hey! Those extra half of a seconds add up! Yer lack of specific & subjective syntax knowledge is not my problem. :)

I dunno. \"We\'ll see what happens after the wipe\" is my attitude, and it\'s not a good one for what is trying to be achieved. If I really believe that the game should be more about community than playability, why haven\'t I been involved in the community? Why have I used the wipe as an excuse to PL? And here\'s where I betray the whole PL\'ing \"community\", god does PLing get boring! Problem is, the game doesn\'t seem to be pulling me to the \"good side\" of the force either.

Expecting \"activism\" in a game is a bit much even for me. But I doubt the Devs can program it in either. Maybe a more stable and playable environment will stimulate community growth. Maybe not. But hoping that the game mechanics will get boring to the PL\'ers until they go away leaving just the worthy and elite RPG\'ers is simply another way of hoping that the fall of Rome sweeps out the bad elements there. I don\'t think it worked out that way.

I know. More incomprehensible babbling. Here, talk about this instead: Power Leveling is neither powerful nor leveling but is simply a sign of a desperate geek needing a life.  RPG\'ing on the other hand is a sign of one\'s virility. Discuss amongst yourselves.

LOL well you made it too hard to register. PM you(what\'s a PM?) or IRC you(what\'s and IRC?). Then there\'s all us newbies and PL\'ers that \"know\" better than to respond. :)

Welcome to the new PS community. Where exclusion actually works.
