Spoken truly like someone whos never playtested nor worked on but one  non-pay game or a major retail game.

And one doesnt \"play-test\" a unfinished project in the same respects as playing a  finished one.

If that where the case many things over the years in every aspect of life would never have seen quality testing...

hence the difference between play-testing and playing.

And exploring making maps etc. however fun it may be, doesnt NOT add to 100% testing, it justs adds to the timesink \"wait\" of development.

theres a huge difference between playing a beta game, and testing it.......

And your ignorant comment on \" that won\'t be 100% effective if you dont play it how it is supposed to be played\" just showcases that its its way obvious you are new to the gaming industry and havent researched it much, but I give you props for jumping in feet first trying.

But one cannot be 100% effective playing a game the way its suppose to be, when its still in Alpha/Beta, common sense and logic tells one, till its done it cannot be played to its 100%.

have fun fooling your croonies of kids feeding your ego that your a game developer........

thats fine and dandy...........in a FINISHED product....

But timesinks 110% defeat all purpose\'s of quality testing.

Ive noticed this  seems to be the main focus and habit of most people on these forums, instead of testing,  posting ideas and helping, all they wanna do is flame and degrade others ideas.

I thought your post was good, I like your ideas and understand where your coming from........

maybe when this games gets more content we\'ll see less  \"forum troll campers\" and more ingame activity.

And in case anyone doesnt know (im sure from what ive read on these forums a lot of you dont)............

Play testers....not the devs, not the programers of relations people,,,,,,,,,

Play testers are what makes or breaks a game in the industry.

Grant you this games free, but the ethics and theory shouldnt change.

If you could test up every thing before wipe, what would you test after wipe? of course there will come new things, but still..

Why?  to test whats in the game now

after the wipe im sure more content will be added, thus creating tons more to test, leaving some things left behind because people where to stubborn to  make things a lil easier in the early testing

or in otherwords...........

kicking yourself in the head creating a ton more time to complete testing

The lack of support offered to help the testers (like its some crime to point someone in the right direction or ease up costs).......just showcases the pace of this games development.

Its alpha/beta stage and shouldnt be an all out fight to get info, and things ingame to test, after its complete raise the bar, but till then ...open the doors a little and allow the testers to test a little more then the \"find your own way \".

they need to get the wipe over with NOW

not wait till they can add more content and update then wipe in a \"all for one\" package

Quality over Quantity.

exactly..........

And we hope to see the ability to craft things in a manner that they differ from other crafters, not just in quality, but overall.

Would be nice to have crafting set up in a way that allows a deverse crafting community.

you really shouldnt assume things in life,

really you played with a whooping 76 players online?

WOW ....im not impressed as thats not even close to a number of players  in a game  considered a mmorpg

I agree with Seytra, that a much lower ping isnt really needed  (yet)

now if you see pings round 400 with 76 players,

But wait till theres 7,600 players, then you see a ping so high you cant play when it bogs down.

Common sense and simple logic is all thats needed to reach that conclusion.

as i stated before, this is a host issue, that should be resolved once the game sees more players or is finished

now, go somewhere else to simply flame, your input was nothing more then a moronic flame with no insight to server stability or how pings change when more people play a game

pings over 400 are quite noticeble (god forbid seeing a ping if more then 40 people ever played at one time)

its more of a server host issue then anything

id expect once this games out of alpha/beta the hosting will be better
