Newbie Help (Start Here) / Please Help!

I just started this game today and i really need help. First of all is there anyway you can move by clicking with your mouse? if so how? how do you run? How do you start quests? where can i fight monsters or gain expeience? where can i get a weopon? i would really appreciate it if you guys could answer all my questions cuz i really want to have fun with this game!
