Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Should I reinstall planeshift?

when i click my character, and then click join game,while loading it says:\"cannot find dbghelp.dll\". Yet when i look in the planeshift folder i see that file. Should i reinstall or what? thx in advance!
