However, that is not what Phinehas presented (and I quote).

This is an attack on Proteous.  First he implies Proteous plagerized the art.  Then he urinates on Proteous' ideas.  And finally, he calls Proteous' personal character into question.

This was an attack, as are many of Phinehas' posts.  Last time Karyuu scolded me for pointing these things out.  I don't know why this type of behavior is allowed and even encouraged.  But it is. 

His post is imflamatory and not "...rational judgements that have been brought forth by an effortful analysis."

A lot of the people that play this game are english as a second language.  They don't know that they have made a mistake.  But you don't care.  "Fire up the torch, this baby's gonna burn!  I Phinehas, guild critic extraordinaire condemn you and your blasphemous post!"

You don't offer anything but pure nastiness.  You could be nice and offer to help clean it up.  Or maybe offer a point or two on how the history could be more unique.  But no, you are above that.  But you're not above the flame fest upon which you gain your nourishment it appears.

Example of constructive criticism:

"Hey nice idea!  The XXXXX has been done before in Planeshift.  Perhaps your guild could YYYYY..."

or

"Nice start.  I did notice a few spelling errors though.  '...the last for years we have...' should be 'the last four years...'"

And let's look at Mister Originality, shall we?

"They have been weighed, they have been measured, and they have been found wanting."  hhhmmmm...  I thinks maebee I's a beeen heard thas sum'werrs befor...  A quote from a movie perhaps?  Anyway, it's cliche to say the least.

Please, I grow tired of your inflamatory posts.  Just stop!  AND if you want to flame me, create a new thread, maybe Raedin Sucks! and post there, or do the right thing and PM me.

@Thom:  That would be considered an abuse of the power correct?  Verrlitt pointed out that a person like that would not be trusted any longer and be stripped of their powers.

@Mardek:  I think this whole post is about a player making a huge contribution and over time as he continues to refine his side of the contribution, he receives less support from those that he relied upon, in particular the GM's.  You're probably making a joke, but it is really a slap in Proglin's face.  If you have nothing to contribute due to your lack of "talent, maturity, wisdom, ingenuity, imagination" then /stfunoob

You CAN have an underwater well of "heavy" water.  This is nothing more than deuterated water which exists in vast pockets in places like lake beds and ocean floors.  You can even drink it (as we do all the time) without ill effects.  But maybe this also does something to the Klyro's physiology if they drink primarily heavy water?

Yeah, make sure you don't say anything to Sharven.  I used to say "hi" to the npc's just to make sure they were talking to me, which broke the quest in my case.  So just take the script to him and give it to him.
