I have been playing just fine, till I died yesterday and Planshift quit at the same time. When I reloaded the client, it showed that it was loading the underworld, then gives me an error. See pic. Thanks to all your great work mods. I had an issue once before and you helped resolve it very quickly. 
It once let me see where I was being loaded and I was not at the start but stuck in the side of the wall or something. Could I possibly just need to be reset to a different area? Kill me again perhaps?

I was near the fortress and ran into the side of the mountain where the game gave me an error screen and crashed.
EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 69682322
I saved the diagnostic file also. Can my char be transported to somewhere/anywhere else? I can not log in as the game crashes every time I try to join.
