my char is stuck and game crashes non-stop

I was near the fortress and ran into the side of the mountain where the game gave me an error screen and crashed. 

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 69682322

I saved the diagnostic file also.  Can my char be transported to somewhere/anywhere else? I can not log in as the game crashes every time I try to join.

Try running the PlaneShift Setup and turn on Vertex Buffer - it might fix this issue.
