Also I just used the pslaunch from the folder I dowloaded with the game launcher and it updated my game. Now I can't get past the loading screen to get to the screen to enter my email and password ???

I haven't played for a bit so maybe changes affected it but I wanted to know if there is anyway to get my password back or something else is wrong. Ok I entered my regular email and password and it says it is incorrect. Used all the ones I have ever used and still nothing... But then I noticed that one server is different. I believe there was a server named Laanx and that was the one I originally made my character on. Did the servers change or did I just re downloaded the game and try to enter it at the wrong time and the Laanx server wasn't up at the moment? If it isn't a server problem how do I ask for a password reset? I do remember my email I used to login for sure at least. Sorry if a nooby or a question asked a lot but haven't been around for awhile  :) thanks again in advanced.

Hi, I got an answer from the last topic I made. Liadan replied and said "For both of those 'floating maps' there are portals. Cleverly disguised as sign posts you either right click on the road beside the sign post or , in the case of the oja road, on the rock behind it and you'll see a door opening icon, which is the button you wish to click." Hope that helps, it helped me.

Ok, I understand why the Krans animations are not working because of a bug. But I figured out the floating maps, which makes me fall into a dark void is a bug to. It says out of bounds. I looked at the forum. Thanks for the answers.

I'm still kind of new to this game, and I was wondering if it was normal if a Kran character does not change its stance when fighting? My character just stands there and is able to kill monsters still. Is it just a bug they haven't fixed yet for a Mac OSX Leopard? Or they don't have an animation yet for Kran? And another problem is floating parts of maps. If I go and follow the path of Ojaveda, I finally see a path that looks like the road was broken. It looks like its pitch black where the road left off. First time I fell though it and landed somewhere I didn't know. Same thing happens when I exit the Laanx Temple in Hydlaa after mining diamond. I exit and all the graphics get blurred. Then its pitch black and I landed in the plaza of Hydlaa. I must have fell because I had 33 percent of health after that. Please help?

Ok I am a mac user and I have had at least 5 characters in my account that had to be deleted. They all froze when I tried to enter a road that leads to a new town/city. For example, I first started as an Enkidukai. I tried following a path to go to Hydlaa (since it was the only path I figured it would lead there), but it froze and Planeshift crashed unexpectedly. Then since I didn't know there was a portal (I'm new) I made another Enkidukai, used the portal, and the same thing happened but worse. I couldn't log back into that character after that. I tried vice versa with a new character starting with a Ynnwn. I walked through the road out the gate to go where my Enkidukai started (I don't remember the name sorry). When I got to the road, it froze the character again, crashed, and I could never play as that character. Characters that are frozen like that often do this. I log into the account hoping that I can still use the "frozen" character. It starts loading real fast, then it crashes. I don't know what's wrong, can anyone help?
