Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / how do I reverse mouse up/down axis?

is there any way to reverse the mouses up/down axis for when i\'m using mouse look mode? i\'m just so use to the airplane style axis directions it\'s frusterating for me to use the way it is.

do people not read the thread before they post? anyway what i\'m wondering is why everybody uses wasd when esdf is clearly superior, your all fools i say(thats a joke ok).

win98 SE
runing game at 1024x768 32bit

everything goes pretty smooth till i look at the big orange deal and the game gets super choppy and my HD light starts blinking like crazy, but other than that it runs real smooth.
