Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Error after loading world

i have created a character but when i connect it says loading world for ages then after i wait i get this error:

the instruction at \"0x01082831\" referenced memory at \"0x00000020\". The memory could not be Written\".

this closes the game, how can i fix it???
