If you want it REAL realistic, heres some food for thought:
I see theres an unused bar below the stamina thats always 100%. That will work.
SO people will have long-term and short-term energy. Running (more LT Stamina) and walking (less) Will nevertheless both consume the long term stamina. The LT stamina will run out much slower but will recharge much slower. The short term stamina will run out fairly quickly when running (based on endurance of course) but will recover when walking. And it will recover quite fast when stopped.
I can run and when I\'m tired I walk, then I can recover and run some more in real life. But yes If I walked to boston (I live in japan) I would get quite tired indeed long before I got there.
