You could raid a wishing fountain and get enough money to buy a mouse.
The only things you won\'t be able to do without one, is edit transparency settings, edit shortcuts, and change the control bar style. (you can just edit the config files, if really need be) Everything else can be configured to your likening via the options.
For talking with NPCs, you can just select it and send a chat message. There\'s also an icon in the context menu, that\'s... well, purely psychosomatic.
