That is exactly what happened in both threads you referred to. I don't understand what more you need. As a developer and as one of the main moderators, I approve of Neko's actions in both cases. You can consider them my own.

I'd like to complain about mods favoring socia with cookies and not spreading the love to the whole of planeshift, forums and IRC, minus Linksunius.
