I don?t know if they are planning on implementing this,
I know that we already have the ?/who? & ?/guildmembers?
But I would like something like this:

Obviously the list may get a little long if there are 2000 people online @ the same time, so maybe it should display only the people in your immediate area or well depending it only displays the people in your guild if you are in guild chat, & MG?s will be listed @ the top, Buddies will be listed in the middle & the rest of the people @ the bottom? I think it would be much easier to ?/tell? someone if you only have to double-click there name & start typing?

uh.....you DO know that peoples screens aren\'t 99 inch.

BTW..if they just implemented, that when you press enter you can typ stuff...you can press with your mouse..if you want to talk/shout/or whisper..instead of having to click in the chat box cause thats so frickin annoying..then that will be much easier..

And if they make that..when you press (example) shift you see all the names of the players that are in your surrounding..much easier and it takes less space in the screen instead of having a whole list..thats always in your screen..

just make like 3 buttons with 3 different screens..Guild bttn - with a guild screen ..also with members.. friend bttn - friends list.. 3rd bttn..hmmz not really needed..maybe a special list for your favourite merchants?

I think its a good idea Zereph, especially the double-click to tell feature. It should be a closable window though for those who don\'t want it.

I love those Ciry\'s mods. They are great! They have stuff like that, but with toggle-able buttony thingies.

damned...1337 speak is totally different..from using u instead of you.  u is for lazy people..not for stupid people.  If i really were that stupid, i dont think i would be smart enough of even thinking about hiding it.

thus...i like the idea of zeraph, just not the part of one screen with like everyones name in it that is online....i would like to have 1 window..where you can see your friends list..and at the same time whos online.  + if you just press (example) shift..you see the names of the players appear above there heads, (of the players that are visible in your screen only ofcourse).

Yes 1337 is awful but so is the use of u (with the exception of TXT messaging as it actually serves a purpose in that situation; lowering the character count of a TXT), also a lack of capitalization of the word I, isn\'t very good either.

More gripes about your post...  Two spaces are required before the start of a new sentance not just one.  You also have no capitilization of proper nouns or capitalization at the start of sentances.  If you are going to use the word thus, please use it in the correct context otherwise you look a lot less eloquent than you originally intended.  Using ... for a pause although gramatically correct you do need to have three dots and a space afterwards (though I think in some places it\'s common to use only two dots).  The use of a number in normal English (money is an exception) is in general frowned upon although larger numbers maybe be written as numerical characters.  Use apostrophes when writing words like who\'s.  Don\'t use characters like + write the whole word out.  Instead of writing (example) write i.e.  Last but not least, commas are not needed before brackets.

I like that idea Zeraph.  But how about only having people you know on the list and also be able to use folding menus to customize the grouping of people.

P.P.S. I have not used Ciry\'s mod so I can\'t comment (I also don\'t plan to as Planeshift lags far too much for me too be of much use), but does it indclude what I have mentioned in any way, shape or form?

But if you want to be a wiseass, (or whatever that\'s called in english..which is not may native language, so to bad if you see any spelling errors in my posts) at least learn to write the word sentence correctly (sentance wtf is that).  And if you won\'t make ANY mistakes involving grammer and other stuff involving the written english,  then come and complain.

PS: i didn\'t even know what i.e ment till today..knew it existed just didn\'t know what it is used for.. so how the hell do you expect me to use it?...and since i use u instead of you (cause i\'m so damn lazy)  wouldn\'t i use i.e instead of (example),  since i.e is much shorter?? THAPRINZE: Calm down, it wasn\'t ment to be a personal atttack but I was get sick and tired about the standards of communication on this forum (admitidly far better than some places).  Yes everyone is human and we all make mistakes, some of us don\'t know the eccentricities of English as well as others (especially if English is not your first language). So now that\'s cleared up , inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale; repeat for as long as neccesary.

Due to the nature of proportional fonts, I think that the necessary spacing between two sentences on a computer is only one \"space\" character. It is two on a typewriter.

I\'m sure that an equivalent feature will be in CB, but they will not reuse the code Ciry wrote since so much has changed and they have already have done what you mentioned I believe... (Of course, maybe I\'m wrong.)
