992 Poly\'s seems a little much for a building like this. Try to optimize it a bit, especially the floor has some poly\'s which don\'t add to the shape and can be deleted

True it can be depleted a bit but the thing is for textures to blend right a lil more poly\'s is a bit better but I\'ll try to knock ot down a bit.  About texturing/uv mapping I suck ass literally lol anyone want me to send em the .wings file or .3ds or any file pretty much to texture I\'ll be more than happy to :) have a good one guys

Lol uv-mapping is the process of skinning or lets say coloring the 3d model in this case the Altar like making it look like columns n such

LOL, that\'s about the worst explanation about uv-mapping I\'ve ever read ;)

Uv-mapping is the process you do when you want to flatten your 3d model to a 2d model, which can be exported to a 2d paint program so you can paint you texture on it :)
Try to think of it like those paper houses you might have build as a kid (no offence;) ), you first get a sheet(2d), cut out the parts and paste them all together with glue to your (3d) house or plane or castle or whatever. Now imagine this process the other way around, that\'s uv-mapping.
